Something has gone wrong with recent updates. I get signed out at random and then cannot sign back in — it says my details are not recognised, even though the same login works fine on desktop. Live stats inside open bets are unreliable too, working one moment and failing the next. When everything runs smoothly the app is genuinely excellent, and the promotions are strong. I still trust the brand, but the mobile experience has slipped badly.

The app is decent overall, but the odds feel weaker than they used to be. During major matches it is often hard to log in or place a wager, as if the servers cannot handle the traffic. For a service built around live betting, that is disappointing. Fingerprint login is also frustrating — one failed attempt and it drops back to password entry, and after a couple of tries you can end up locked out. Trying to bet while out can be a headache.

The new football form guide is hard to read because of the colour choices. Wins, draws and losses should be easy to spot at a glance — green for a win, red for a loss and yellow for a draw would make much more sense. White text on a yellow background in the league table is also difficult to see. Small design tweaks like these would make the app far more comfortable to use.

Once you finally get in, the app is painfully slow with long freezes. Strong betting markets, but the mobile experience feels broken.

Easily the most unstable betting app I have tried. It freezes constantly, shows an offline warning even when my connection is fine, and signing back in with the correct email and password often fails until I restart the phone. I am seriously considering switching elsewhere.

The passcode shortcut used to save time but now it is just as unreliable. Cleared cache, reinstalled, nothing helped. A stable sign-in should be the bare minimum.
